We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Since your GodPod is custom-created, we are unable to provide trials or exchanges.

Every GodPod is tested before shipment and is guaranteed to work properly. Only items delivered as defective, damaged or with an error in the shipment will be accepted for exchange or refund if returned to AWR's fulfillment within 60 days. Please contact our customer support team and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Warranty

All our products come with a one-year warranty against defects. If your product malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Returns will only be accepted for quality issues that arise within the warranty period.

Changes or Modifications to a Previous Order

If you wish to make changes to a previous order, such as reloading or modifying the content on your AWR, please note the following:

1. **Shipping Costs**: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping devices back to a AWR media center for changes, modifications, or reloading.

2. **Service Fee**: There is a service fee per device for changes, modifications, or reloading. Please contact customer service for information about this low-cost fee.

3. **Royalty Fees**: Additional royalties may be required for any new content. Please contact customer service for information about potential royalty costs.

4. **Return Shipping**: Customers must pay the return shipping costs upon completion of the service before we return your order.

Audio Content Quality

If you encounter any issues with the quality of the audio content, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the problem
